Got the rest of my order and payed no problems as I already had the preorder
and it was deducted automatically from the on line store.
Now I wait patiently till the server is ready tomorrow.

Unfortunately there is some confusion in the PlayNC.com shop with the preoder discount when paying with Paysafecard. PlayNC.com displays the correct price with the preoder discount (30Euros), but when you click on "pay with paysafecard" you get to pay 34.99Euros on the paysafecard code entry page

My transaction went fine, but when I tried to add the access key it said that that key was already in use. When you buy through the online store is the key automatically added to your account or do I have a problem?

I'm glad Anet allow us to purchase it before the content goes live, no more worries! When you buy GW:EN through the In-Game Store it's added automatically your account, just check it...

yes it is auto added if purchased thru in-game store.

-if you'd like to confirm it has been added, go to the manage keys option. it should be available/added.

I could go into a long essay about the factors that would play into this going through or not... but lets just say that many factors would play into it such as type of card(every company has different security), your normal spending patterns, if your account currently had some other clearance you weren't aware of, etc.

On top of that, debit cards typically have less security in place than credit cards. The systems some of these banks have in place to detect fraud is pretty amazing, and unfortunately that can result in hold ups on valid purchases.

I bought the game from the PlayNC store and I can't use the key to upgrade my account, nor did the email sent to me as proof of purchase have the actual code in it.

I keep getting "your purchase might be fraudulent" error from NC Support (error 1751111, this is a brand new error). I tried with 2 credit cards (visa and amex), one card showed that the transaction was actually approved by the bank (will be charged tomorrow), the other one was turned down. So I called the support from both credit card companies, and had them run me through as I keep trying on the online store so they can see if there's any transaction attempt. The credit card companies said the cards were not blocked, but the cards no longer get any transaction attempt at all from NCSOFT, so it seems to me that my account is basically blocked from in game store purchase (NCSOFT won't even send my credit card transaction).

Gaile, if you are reading this, can you call and wake up the NC Support guys!!! No support right before GW:EN comes out? I contacted NC Support 3 hours ago, no reply at all (usually they respond within an hour).

Personally I have a hunch this is related to the recent limit on the number of purchases you can make on a card given a time frame, or number of game accounts per credit card.
